The court system changed in April 1999 regarding building project dispute resolution and we make sure that our dispute resolution process meets all of our obligations.

Do you need some professional advice?

You will receive free advice on the projects that we are working together on. However, advice can be provided regarding any of your property or building projects for a modest cost. You may prefer to deal with your chosen sub-contractors regarding building maintenance or working on smaller projects.

However, sometimes difficulties arise and your contractors may be unsure about certain aspects of the building project or you might receive advice that you think is not correct. Occasionally projects go wrong and expensive mistakes are made which could have been avoided if the correct advice had been given.

If you have experienced this, we can help you and offer advice for a modest cost. You will find that our call out fee, which is payable at the time of the site visit, and hourly rate is very competitive and often cheaper than the alternative.
